Cole Porter’s Kiss Me Kate returns to Leeds Grand Theatre on 23 – 26 May and Opera North is inviting Leeds folk (over 18s only, please) to a singing workshop on 25 May to learn some of the show’s favourite songs. After this, they will rehearse the songs with the Chorus of Opera North.
You don’t need to be able to read music. All you need is love – and enthusiasm for America’s classic musicals and Cole Porter’s lyrics.
The workshop costs £15 and is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 25 May at Howard Assembly Room. Lunch is not included.
