TERMS AND CONDITIONS: For the chance to win two tickets to Ellie Goulding at the First Direct Arena in Leeds on Tuesday 15th March 2016, comment on the Facebook competition post answering the question, What world record has Ellie Goulding’s song Love Me Like You Do broken? No purchase is necessary. The prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and their immediate families of Leeds Living, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The promotion begins on 09/02/2016. Entries close at midnight on 29/02/2016. There are two tickets to be won.

The winner will be chosen by random selection from all valid entries. They will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date via Facebook, Twitter or Email. If the winner does not acknowledge notification within 7 days of notification of winning, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and draw an alternative winner. The winner will receive their prize in one (free) delivery. Subject to availability. No other prize or cash alternatives are available. If an entrant’s contact details and address are incorrect, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware, postage or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the promotion or otherwise provide substitute prizes if it deems it necessary to do so due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.

The decision of the Promoter will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Each winner licenses the Promoter to use their name in any worldwide media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future prize draw, competition, marketing or publicity purposes. By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer of their personal data to Leeds Living for processing for the purposes of the administration of the prize draw (including delivery of any prize) and for the purpose of analysis for market research. The winners’ names and country can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope, together with details of the Promotion to the Promoter within 3 months of the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or entrants found to be abusing the competition or the Promoter, its products, employees or directors in any way will have their entry disqualified. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected and will remain valid. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. By entering the prize draw, each entrant agrees to be bound by, and are deemed to have read, understood and accepted, these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
