Ice Cube returns to Millennium Square
The Christmas season may be over, but some of Leeds’ best winter attractions have only just begun. Leeds City Council welcomes back their annual ice rink, Ice Cube, to Millennium Square where it will provide fun for all the family until the 21st February.

Ice Cube is the family-friendly experience that offers activities for every age and ability. If you’re more experienced, get down there and show off your moves, or if you’re just starting out, be sure to take someone that can catch you if you take a tumble. There’s a nursery rink for budding skaters under 8 years old so it’s the perfect place for the whole family to have a great time.

If skating isn’t for you, there’s a 40 metre snow slide that will see kids and adults alike making the most of the cold weather, as well as a fun fair of attractions. The one not to miss is the North Pole Starflyer, the 30m, 360 degree swing that’s the closest thing you’ll get to flying.

When you’ve had your fill of the winter attractions, have a steaming cup of coffee or a hot meal at the Dolomites Café, where you can recuperate before you head off into the City.

Make the most of the cold weather and get down to Ice Cube. In Millennium Square until 21st February, including the school holidays. It’s the perfect place for a family day out!
