National Vegetarian Week is 14 – 20 May and Turtle Bay will be marking this with no fewer than 32 vegetarian options.
Vegetarian ‘cutters’ include the Trini Doubles, Sweet Corn Fritters, and the jam-packed Vital Veggie Beach Platter. Cutters are inspired by the beach shack and street vendors across the Caribbean islands.
Move on to a jerk halloumi mushroom burger or a vegan spiced chickpea Ital wrap, just two of the many choices on the mains menu.
You can create your own salad variations or go for the fruit, all accompanied by a reggae soundtrack.
