Trinity Kitchen – Brand New Traders For The Festive Season

From 10 December and for seven weeks, new street food vendors will have some festive dishes to offer to Christmas shoppers and party people.

Up from the West Country, Nelly’s Barn create dry-aged, locally-sourced burgers with a variety of toppings, such as their 28-day dry aged beef and mature Cheddar cheese.

Pietanic reinvents the classic pie, offering options for fillings and side dishes.  The bacon cheeseburger pie is their signature.

For those with a sweet tooth, Belles of Harrogate will be ready with their mince pies, cupcakes, brownies and crepes – and Bailey’s hot chocolate.

Dumpling Dumpling hails from the Isle of Wight, celebrating the unique flavours they discovered during their time in China.  Whether you prefer sweet or savoury, or vegan or vegetarian, they will have something to tempt you with – as well as their Asian street fries.

Yorkshire’s The Pickled Porker return with their smokehouse classics, with ingredients sourced locally.  These British Street Food Award finalists provide pull-apart meat, smoked for 12 hours.

With the new traders joining those we already know and love – Chicago Rib Shack, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla, Absurd Bird and Pizzaluxe – the choice over these festive times means revellers and shoppers alike won’t have to go far to recharge and relax.
