The Sounds Like THIS Festival provides a stage for new music and musicians to perform work which is challenging and intriguing.
It also provides both leading and emerging artists the opportunity to show their visual installations and sound art. The work being featured is either new or a maximum of five years old, with a look to the future provided by the daring, the risk-takers and the boundary pushers.
By Night 2 feat – Matthew Bourne Andy West and Jacob Thompson-Bell. A series of live collaborations at The Hifi Club on Thursday 14 March from 7 p.m. until 10.30 p.m.
Aisha Devi Live AV feat + Loyal Hardware feat. Just Jennifer on Friday 15 March from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. at Brudenell Social Club.
Earth Odyssey on 16 March and 17 March from 7.30 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. at Leeds College of Music.
Susan Rogers in Conversation – Music Preferences and Preservation on 18 March from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. at Leeds College of Music.
Northern Monk hosts electroacoustic artists from 6 p.m. until 9.30 p.m.
B-L Piano Duo on Wednesday 20 March from 1.05 p.m. until 1.55 p.m. at Leeds College of Music.
Gala Concert on Friday 22 March from 7.30 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. at Leeds College of Music.
