If you’re one of the first 2,000 people to visit Trinity on Wednesday 21 March at noon, not only will you be able to enjoy a slice of the 3 metre high birthday cake (above), but you will also be given a £5 Trinity Leeds gift card.
The cake, made by The Tattooed Bakers, celebrates not only Trinity itself but also some of Leeds’ famous people and teams, from the Kaiser Chiefs to Nicola Adams and Leeds Rhinos.
The award-winning Trinity generates £150 million each year and provides jobs for thousands of people working in 120 stores, shops and restaurants.

It is the size of 13 football pitches.
