Stepping onto the stage at the iconic RoundHouse, the musicians will perform their very own composition, Serendipity, a joyous ode to gratitude and happiness.
The journey of Serendipity began in August of this year at Linacre Studio, right in the heart of Leeds. For the 12 incredible young artists, this was a first look into the world of music creation, collaboration and recording, facilitated by classical composer and songwriter Kirpal Singh Panesar.
Serendipity is a beautiful testament to the shining power of young minds to create, empower and inspire the future of music. In their own words, “The piece we have created is unique to us. The experience is helping us to become better performers and gives insight into a new world of composing which we are grateful for.”
HOW YOUR DONATIONS CAN HELP
Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards supporting the travel and accommodation of the young artists who are embarking upon a momentous occasion in their early journey towards music performance.
Your support plays an integral role in helping these talented young people reach such a fantastic opportunity to showcase their passion, dedication and love of Indian Classical music.
All contributions make a huge difference, and through GiftAid, you can easily make your donations go 25% further at no extra cost to you. If you are a current UK tax payer, SAA-uk can reclaim Gift Aid from the tax you have already paid. Gift Aid means SAA-uk can reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that you have donated to SAA-uk in the last four years, and all your future donations until you tell them otherwise.
