Support the LBU Students Union/Oxfam Pop-up Store on 18 March

Leeds Beckett students will be hosting a preloved pop-up store in partnership with OXFAM on the 18th March 2025 in the LBU Students’ Union City campus between 10am and 5pm.

Our pop-up shop will offer rails of preloved fashion, sourced and curated by students from Oxfam, with all proceeds going to the charity.

As well as the opportunity to shop affordable and current trends, there will be workshops on how to re-work and customise garments, a clothing donation station, advice on styling outfits, a catwalk, live music and a pedal-powered sound system.

Our pop-up aims to encourage students and the wider community to engage in more sustainable practices through the promotion of preloved fashion, whilst also highlighting the importance of reducing our clothing consumption.

Last year’s event was a real hit, attracting over 400 customers and contributing towards raising £12,000 for Oxfam. We hope this year you will help us to make it an even greater success.
