Children’s events company BOOMCHIKKABOOM have teamed up with Pink Gorilla/HairyLemon and production company 4i events in a Santa experience with a difference – going virtual!
Rasta Claus, who is the cool cousin of Father Christmas, will entertain you on screen in the comfort of your own homes.
Faye Kenny, Founder of BOOMCHIKKABOOM: “We have been working with Rasta Claus for the past few years and the response we get from children and families is unbelievable. 2020 has been a tough year, and we didn’t want people to miss out this year so have teamed up with Pink Gorilla Hairy Lemon and 4i events so they can still see him but virtually.”
Leeds based musician Cleve Freckleton created Rasta Claus a few years ago. Rasta Claus is the child of Father Time and Mother Nature, and is all about giving back. He has his own motto ‘Give a lickle back’.
Cleve: “This time of year is not just about asking what the kids
want for Christmas but making them aware of how they can give back to those who are perhaps less fortunate”.
In the true spirit of ‘give a lickle back’ £1 of every booking will be donated to the Yorkshire charity Candlelighters who support children and their families who are affected by childhood cancer. Rasta Claus will also be virtually visiting some of the families.
