A Big Brunch With Diverse Deliciousness

On 7 July, Assembly Underground’s indie food and drink traders will co-host a ticketed brunch with @LeedsBrunchClub, with a promise of an innovative menu, together with Vocation bar’s ‘sexy little drinks list’.

Classic dishes will be reworked and there’ll be some new ones on a menu which offers sweet with savoury waffles, breakfast ramen, Indian wraps and Italian meatballs.  For sharers, there will be mezze from the Middle East, a Brazilian Beach brunch platter or a supersized tray of loaded tater tots.

As for drinks, the traditionalists can enjoy fizz and Bloody Marys, whilst Mimosas and Breakfast Martinis will suit the more frivolous bruncher!

What’s included?  A cocktail or glass of fizz, one item from the brunch menu and treats and tasters on the day.

There are six independent traders at Assembly Underground:  Bread & Butter BBQ, Slap & Pickle, Falafel Guys, Jah Jyot, Pizza Authority and Holy Ramen.   There is also Vocation & Co.’s 50-tap beer bar, The Staff Room cocktail speakeasy and Stage Espresso’s coffee shop.

To join the launch event on 7 July, RSVP to the ‘Leeds Biggest & Most Diverse Brunch’ Facebook event.  Tickets are just £15. FB @assemblyunderground

Assembly Underground’s Sunday brunch menu could well be worth working your way through over the coming months!
