HOME Fine Dining is Calling For Culinary Guinea-pigs!

HOME is offering ‘Guinea-Pig’ nights in March, when diners take the chefs on trust, willing to savour undisclosed dishes which exemplify HOME’s exploratory and innovative cuisine.

Leeds Living issues a caution to readers – that these events sell out pretty quickly, so it’s best to be decisive at this point.  Bookings are being taken now for either 11 or 18 March.

Customers will be agreeing to give chefs free rein, bowing to HOME’s imagination and latest creations, sampling dishes still in development, including some incredible surprises.   The cost (at least 5 courses) is £55.  Vegetarian dishes will be served. Wine pairing is also available.

For those of you as yet unaware, HOME is a multi-course tasting menu restaurant, opened by Michelin star-winning chef Mark Owens and Liz Cottam. The menu changes monthly, showcasing a different set of dishes to highlight the best produce the season has to offer.
