The renowned house label and key associates Gorgon City, Hannah Wants, Low Steppa, Sam Divine, Arielle Free and Rio Tashan will line up at Canvas Yard, Leeds’ new major events space at LS11.
Defected, one of the most influential house labels in the world, serves up sounds from deep to soulful to vocal through festivals and Ibiza residencies. On 7 May, the Coronation weekend, there’ll be 10 hours of music from midday, with the label’s largest ever event in the City. With a great variety of street food and a chill out village, Canvas Yard will be the place for a celebration.
Canvas Yard is the result of a four year collaboration between Moda Living and New Citizens, a dedicated events space with cutting edge audio-visual and sound systems.
