Le Croissant has Opened at Leeds Bus Station

Leeds Coach Station has recently welcomed a new addition: Le Croissant, a bakery that’s already known for its delicious goods across its other shops in Sheffield, Chesterfield and Nottingham.

With its wide array of tempting pastries and beverages, this bakery is already gaining attention for offering high quality, on the go options for anyone passing through the station.

During my recent visit, I tried a range of pastries that were nothing short of delicious. I started with a Nutella croissant, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. It was rich and indulgent, without being overly sweet. For the savoury option I chose the ham and cheese croissant, which offered just the right amount of saltiness, whilst again keeping that light consistency.

Something new to me was a cruffin, a hybrid between a croissant and a muffin. I went for the creme brule version; its crispy exterior and soft, creamy interior made for a great sweet treat.

The caramel iced coffee was also up to par with the delicious pastries and proved to be the perfect drink to pair with the baked goods.

The pastries are light and fresh, made with high quality ingredients and baked daily. The bakery sources its goods from Sheffield, ensuring that everything is delivered fresh to Leeds each morning.

The bakery’s extensive menu is another draw. It offers a wide range of options, from sweet treats like almond croissants and creamy cruffins, to savoury options such as chicken tikka and wagyu beef. On top of the wide selection, the entire menu is halal, making it an inclusive choice for all customers.

One of the best features of Le Croissant is its prime location in the City. By being in the coach station, it’s an ideal spot for travellers in need of a tasty and convenient bite before their journey. Whether you’re waiting for your bus or just happen to be nearby, Le Croissant provides a welcoming place to grab a quick refreshment.

Not only is the bakery very reasonably priced whilst being based in the City Centre, but it also delivers on taste and quality, as well as offering something for everyone. If you’re in the area, make sure to pay a visit – you won’t be disappointed! With their focus being on good quality food at the customers’ convenience, on top of having unique menu offerings, they’ve definitely met their targets.
