Fantasy World Adventures Mega Park! at stage@leeds from 19 to 21 June

An original British musical comedy is making its debut in Leeds this summer.

Fantasy World Adventures Mega Park, created by Abbie Freeston and Matthew Stanley, follows
the story of Teddy Mega, a theme park-nepo baby primed to take over the family business, but
is battling with keeping his real dream a secret and managing the struggling theme park.

Both University of Leeds alumni, Abbie and Matthew have previously worked as director and
musical director respectively in the London transfer for the original musical ‘Swan Song’ at the
Bridge House Theatre last summer, written by Zara Harris.

Set in a theme park following a host of crazy characters that audiences are sure to recognise,
FWAMP embodies classic British humour. With over 20 songs spanning R&B, disco, ballad and
contemporary musical theatre, this brand-new musical is hilariously shameless, and showcases
the rollercoaster that is love, life – and being a constant disappointment to your parents.

FWAMP will be running at the stage@leeds Stage One theatre from 19-21 June at 7:30pm.
