Cosy Club’s Graduation Menu Returns

On Thursday evening, I found myself back at Cosy Club in Leeds, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favourite places to review.

This time, I was there to try the return of its Graduation Menu, offering two courses for £29.95 or three for £35.95, complete with a complimentary glass of Prosecco.

A friend and I headed over straight after work in the middle of this heatwave we’ve been having. Thankfully, we managed to grab a table on the terrace, tucked away in the shade with a welcome breeze and overlooking the busy streets below. It was the perfect spot to unwind and ease into the evening.

One thing that keeps bringing me back to Cosy Club is how welcoming it feels. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly faces greeting you from the moment you arrive and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages you to settle in and stay awhile.

Sunwashed Pineapple Spritz

We started our evening with drinks. I ordered from the Summer Spritz menu, choosing the Sunwashed Pineapple Spritz, while my friend opted for a Gin Martini. Both were light, refreshing and exactly what we needed after a long day at work.

Gin Martini

For our starters, I went for the Hot Honey Fried Halloumi, while my friend chose the Crispy Cauliflower.

Both dishes were full of flavour, and we particularly appreciated the generous amount of sauce that accompanied them. The hot honey added a nice balance of sweetness and spice to the halloumi. We both thought they were the perfect size, leaving plenty of room for the main course.

For our main course, I went for the Cosy House Burger while my friend chose the Vegan Puttanesca Linguine. The burger hit the spot, with the house bacon jam adding a rich, slightly sweet flavour that tied everything together.

My friend’s linguine also looked good, with capers, picante olives and pickled chilli topped with toasted pine nuts. Alongside our meals came the complimentary glass of Prosecco that’s included with the Graduation Menu, which added a nice celebratory touch.

Golden Hour Apritz

Although dessert was tempting, we decided to make the most of the evening by ordering another round of drinks instead. I tried the Golden Hour Spritz, while my friend enjoyed a classic Aperol Spritz, and we happily sat chatting for another couple of hours. With the warm evening and relaxed atmosphere on the terrace, it felt like the perfect way to round off the night.

That’s one of the things I enjoy most about Cosy Club. It never feels like you’re being hurried along. It’s the kind of place where you’re made to feel comfortable enough to linger, catch up with friends and simply enjoy the atmosphere.

If you’re celebrating your graduation this summer, Cosy Club is well worth considering. With good food, friendly service, refreshing drinks and a relaxed setting, it makes for an enjoyable place to mark such a special occasion.
