Fools on Tour!

The Three Inch Fools’ performance of Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors takes place at Kirkstall Abbey on June 25th.

The touring theatre troupe will present a madcap, musical take on a Shakespearean classic and perform, come rain or shine, for audiences of all ages! The Fools transform Shakespeare’s shortest comedy into 100 minutes of musical madness, as audiences watch the tale unfold.

The Three Inch Fools, known for their contemporary spin on the traditional touring troupe, are performing over a summer that will go down in (Early Modern) history! They are touring in the great British outdoors at over 80 different venues across the UK. These rowdy reimaginings will see the Fools use their fast-paced, physical style with uproarious music-making at its heart.

The Fools bring their unique twist to The Comedy of Errors, Shakespeare’s shortest – and wildest – comedy at Kirkstall Abbey on 25 June. The Play That Goes Wrong’s Sean Turner directs this farcical tale of long-lost twins, hysterical misunderstandings, and endless mishaps. With musical instruments in hand, the clock is ticking as the Fools rush to untangle one almighty mess in what promises to be a joyous take on this Shakespearean rib-tickler.
