Bar Soba – The Remix on Greek Street Opening in July

Lots of work is going on to transform the previous Bem Brasil premises into a drinking dining and dancing hotspot for Bar Soba and its move from Merrion Street.

Customers will benefit from the increased space, enhanced by local artists, who are being given the chance to showcase their talent with Geisha-style wall art.

Drinking

The cocktail bar is 11 metres long and behind that will be the highly skilled bartenders who use their art theatrically to produce exceptional cocktails, such as Bubblicious, a mix of Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka, Xante Pear Liqueur and bubblegum foam.  There’s also an apple and ginger mojito and a smoked vanilla old-fashioned for the more traditional amongst us.

Dining

Blending the best of street food from across South East Asia is SOba’s speciality.  Try dirty Katsu fries with buttermilk chicken, cheeseburger spring rolls and Korean popcorn chicken.  There is also a range of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes: buttermilk fried cauliflower Katsu curry – and super Thai fries with peanut sauce, sriracha and chilli mayonnaise.

Dancing

An impressive Void acoustics sound system is being installed and Bar Soba intends to bring Leeds and Europe’s best DJs to the venue.

Lunch Offer

From 12 – 3 on Monday to Friday, buy a main dish with a soft drink for just £7.
