Thackray Museum of Medicine Has a New Partner

Thackray Museum of Medicine, one of the UK’s leading medical museums, has a new and exclusive cafe partner, Rabbit Hole Coffee.

Visitors to the museum can now enjoy delicious, freshly made sandwiches and snacks, as well as the recently refreshed range of high-quality coffees (North Star Coffee Roasters) and other beverages.

The new partnership is a significant step forward for both organisations. Thackray can offer an improved experience for visitors, and Rabbit Hole can expands its customer base.

Director of Engagement at Thackray, Rachael Palmer: “We are thrilled to welcome Rabbit Hole Coffee as our new cafe partner. Their commitment to quality and innovation aligns perfectly with our mission to provide our visitors with an outstanding experience. We are confident that the new menu will be a hit with our visitors and clients.”

Steve Thomas, Rabbit Hole Coffee owner: “We are excited to be partnering with Thackray Museum of Medicine. The museum is a fantastic institution, and we are delighted to be able to provide our high-quality food to its visitors. We are confident that our partnership will be a success, and we look forward to working with the museum to deliver an exceptional experience to all.”

Rabbit Hole Coffee started in 2016 as a travelling coffee shop and Espresso Martini bar. Two friends, Robbie and Ste, bought a trailer for £78, made it into a vessel capable of serving tremendous coffee and were asked to do corporate events in London, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield. Since lockdown, they have been serving coffee as a pop up shop in Leeds. Now, they can be found all around the City in different locations. In Oakwood, the
Rabbit Hole Coffee can be found inside Pizza Loco on Roundhay Road. They also have a site at
Harvey Nichols in the Victoria Quarter, Leeds City Centre. Recently, they opened their first very
own shop on Stainburn Parade in Moortown! And now they are looking forward to serving you delicious food and coffee at the Thackray Museum of Medicine.
