Meanwhile, cheese fans can get their fix at the Cheesy Chip Shop. Brought to you by the team behind the Cheesy Living Co. deli in Leeds City Centre, the menu includes an array of sauces, cheese and toppings, from Buffalo sauce and blue cheese to curry sauce, gouda and mango chutney. Or opt for the ‘truffle carbonara fries’ with Parmesan, Pecorino, pancetta and truffle. If that’s not enough to satisfy the biggest cheese fans, top it off with some sides including mac ‘n’ cheese bites, jalapeño poppers and halloumi fries.
