Feel Electric Leeds – Leeds Rhinos Did!

Leading EMS studios Feel Electric this month welcomed Leeds Rhinos Ash Handley, James McDonnell and Mikolaj Oledzki to their studio for EMS – electronic muscle stimulation – which offers something different from traditional training techniques.
