The fields of Bramham Park will once again be populated by stages, artists, their crews, all their gear – and of course the thousands of festival-goers who must have been wondering if it was ever going to happen.
Ticket-holders will be delighted at the prospect of this August Bank Holiday week-end, with Stormzy, Liam Gallagher and Lewis Capaldi no doubt feeling likewise. It’s been a long long time.
This is the first announcement of the return of one of the major festivals in the UK. Organisers have already said it involves more work than ever, with the prospect of having to pass the COVID test, perhaps produce evidence of having been vaccinated………..but at this point, who knows?
