Axe-Throwing With Whistle Punks

If you’re wondering what to do with your Sunday afternoons, why not take the family for a session of axe-throwing in Leeds City Centre? (We bet you’ve not had that suggestion before!)

The UK’s leading axe-throwing venue, Whistle Punks, has just announced the launch of ‘Family Tickets,’ available every Sunday afternoon in Leeds City Centre. Treat your family members aged 12 and over to a thrilling axe-throwing session, priced at just £16 per player. Whistle Punks’ family sessions, designed for groups of two to six people, offer an unforgettable day out, perfect for creating lasting memories with your loved ones, whether it’s a celebration, a get-together or rainy day activity.

Jools Whitehorn, Co-Founder, Whistle Punks: “We’re in the middle of one of the UK’s wettest summers to date, and families are looking for new indoor activities to stay entertained and dry. Our new Family Tickets make axe throwing accessible to under-16s and their parents for the first time.”

Urban Axe Throwing Family sessions last 40 minutes, during which groups will compete to throw axes at two targets under the expert guidance of friendly, professional instructors. These axe-throwing pros will teach the whole family how to hit the bullseye and try trick shots, all while making sure everyone stays safe and has fun.

Jools: “By opening our Leeds and London venues to 12-15 year olds, we hope to help broaden young people’s horizons and provide a new space for families to bond and try something different together”
.
Whistle Punks Urban Axe Throwing operates axe-throwing venues in four UK cities: Leeds, London, Bristol and Manchester. The introduction of Family Tickets marks the first time Whistle Punks is welcoming younger players aged 12 to 15 to their venues.

Family tickets are available in Leeds and London on Sunday afternoons only. Older teens (16+) can also join regular sessions before 6PM from Sunday to Friday, with ID required under the Challenge 25 policy.

All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult, and all Whistle Punks venues remain 18+ only after 6PM.
