Club Eiger Hosts Wigflex 20 Years Tour: at Eiger Studios on 24 May

This special bank holiday showcase will be headlined by Craig Richards, longtime resident at Fabric and a defining figure in UK club culture

Eiger Studios continues the forward momentum of its Club Eiger programme on Bank Holiday Sunday 24th May, welcoming a landmark edition of the series.

A defining figure in UK club culture, Craig Richards has spent decades leading dancefloors through his longstanding residency at Fabric. Richard’s name is synonymous with the club’s identity, and his dedication to shaping its sound has seen him share stages with every major name in house and techno music since the late 90s.

Beyond the booth, he runs his label The Nothing Special and curates the in-demand Houghton Festival, extending his influence into programming and curation. With a reputation built over 30 years of DJing and curating, his appearance marks a rare and significant visit to an intimate, limited capacity venue.

Lukas stands at the core of the Wigflex outfit as it marks 20 years of cultivating a fiercely independent and distinctive platform within the UK underground. Emerging from Nottingham, the party has grown into an internationally recognised force, built on a clear curatorial identity and a free-spirited approach that has earned a cult following across the UK and beyond.

As both DJ and promoter, Lukas has sustained Wigflex as a key fixture in the UK underground, its longevity a testament to his talent as both a DJ and in nurturing a proper party. Following shows at Kyiv’s Closer and Manchester’s White Hotel, the tour stops in Leeds as part of its ongoing 20-year celebrations.

A staple DJ across renowned stages such as Fabric, Berghain, Dekmantel and Houghton, Willow is cemented as both a respected producer and DJ. A close collaborator of Wigflex, often appearing together with Lukas as ‘Willowflex’, she remains a key part of the wider Wigflex orbit.

Support comes from Tom Blubear, behind Club Eiger’s curation and programming. Also joining the bill is local star and Synthetica resident Torin.

This event marks a key milestone in the ongoing Club Eiger programme, which launched last September and has since established itself as a platform in Leeds for late night events. The show follows Lukas Wigflex’s previous sold out visit to Eiger in October last year.

As the series continues to evolve, the Wigflex 20 Years Tour underscores the venue’s commitment to platforming late night events in Leeds, bringing together established icons and exciting local talent within an intimate warehouse setti
