Rudy’s Pizza – Opening on 23 July in Chapel Allerton

Rudy’s will gift no fewer than 5,000 authentic Neopolitan pizzas to the people of North Leeds, so if you haven’t already registered for your chance to try a Neapolitan pizza on the house, sign up on Rudy’s website and secure a free pizza to enjoy during the opening weeks – www.rudyspizza.co.uk/chapelallerton

The venue in Chapel Allerton, previously occupied by Casa Mia, is the latest Rudy’s branch, adding to those in Ancoats, Soho, Liverpool, Birmingham and Sheffield, as well as New Station Street, Leeds.

Believing Neapolitan pizza to be the best in the world, Rudy’s dough is made fresh daily on site, using Caputo ‘00’ flour which ferments for at least 24 hours, alongside the best quality ingredients imported twice a week from Naples, including San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, and Fior di Latte.

The pizzas are cooked in wood fired ovens for only one minute, which ensures tradition is maintained – resulting in a soft and floppy dough with a leopard pattern crust. Making so much effort to produce authenticity is surely a mark of people with pizza passion!

Gabi, General Manager of Rudy’s Chapel Allerton: “We’re really excited to bring Rudy’s to the neighbourhood. It won’t be long before we are able to fire up the oven and serve delicious Neapolitan pizza. As a team we can’t wait to become part of the community.”

Rudy’s are on the lookout for their kind of people and are now recruiting pizzaioli and front-of-house team – those interested should apply here: www.rudyspizza.co.uk/joinus
