Trinity’s New Line-up of Food Vendors

Five new arrivals at Trinity Kitchen have taken over the bespoke vans: The Golden Cricket, The Bad Boy Bagel Company, The Spicy Boker, Little Red Food Truck and Yorkshire Cheese Grill.

Mans Market’s The Golden Cricket is a new Chinese Street Food concept, serving 100% vegan, traditional Asian food, including a range of tofu dishes and bao buns, plus a ‘mini grasshoppers’ menu for children.

Rainbow bagels from The Bad Boy Bagel Company offer a selection of mouth-watering burgers and delicious loaded fries.

The Spicy Biker‘s Indian street food is inspired by homemade family recipes, such as ‘Dad’s Onion Bhajis’ and ‘Mum’s Special Chicken Curry’. Create and customise your own curry bowl, with a choice of different bases, curries and sides.

Little Red Food Truck‘s handmade fried chicken burgers are served in toasted brioche buns, or burgers can be served gluten or dairy-free, all washed down with a variety of refreshing beers and cocktails.

Cheese lovers have asked for Yorkshire Cheese Grill‘s return, bringing a selection of grilled cheese and toasted sandwiches, using locally sourced, Yorkshire produce.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds: “The New Year has brought a new line-up to Trinity Kitchen, with some exciting names being added to the bill. Trinity Kitchen continues to offer an ever-changing line-up of eateries all in one place, catering to everyone’s tastes. Whether you’re trying something new for lunch or grabbing a bite to eat with friends, Trinity Kitchen has something for everyone.”
