Miles Kane has announced fresh UK headline tour dates for January & February 2024. The exciting announcement arrived ahead of his brand new album One Man Band  and followed the release of its superb tracks ‘The Wonder’ & ‘Baggio

Miles returns to his guitar hero best on One Man Band as he focuses on big hooks and even bigger anthems. Sharp, infectious, urgent and packed to the brim with singalong moments, it’s Miles on the top of his game. A deeply personal record, Miles returned to Liverpool to work on the album, finding himself reflecting on his journey.

One Man Band is a career defining album, sonically brilliant, heartfelt and filled with music he was destined to make since the very beginning of an action packed career.  Tickets for all shows available HERE

Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes’ new album ‘Dark Rainbow’ will be released on 26th January 2024.

The band also shared the album’s lead single “Man of the Hour”, which was given its airplay debut by Clara Amfo on her BBC Radio 1 Future Sounds show.

New single “Man of the Hour” makes it clear that we are entering into a whole new era for The Rattlesnakes. Self-evaluation and reflection are very much on the agenda throughout ‘Dark Rainbow, and they pave the way for a sound that puts southern gothic balladry and crooning alt-rock to the front.

Kill The Pain – the new collaborative project of Phoebe Killdeer & Melanie Pain – will be coming to the UK in 2024.

Announcing a string of shows as chief support to Nouvelle Vague, the duo will be appearing in venues across the UK throughout February and March next year.

Expressing their excitement for the upcoming shows Killdeer and Pain say:
“We are really excited to come and play in the UK, we feel like the public will understand our music, our sense of humour and our style perfectly! Playing Post Punk with funky bass lines and 2nd degree lyrics in front of a British audience makes a lot of sense to us. Most of our inspiration and role models are from the UK. We can’t wait to perform our music there. It’s gonna be fun to Kill The Pain in a British manner!”

OMD’s New Single ‘Veruschka’  ANIMATED VIDEO HERE Taken From New Studio Album Bauhaus Staircase

A simply beautiful, film-noir ballad, ‘Veruschka’ exemplifies the determination OMD have to make Bauhaus Staircase an album to rank among their finest, and an acceptance that life is sometimes about taking risks. “My attitude is like I say in this song: if you’re too afraid to jump off the cliff, you’ll never learn to fly.” singer Andy McCluskey mentions. “We couldn’t keep saying: ‘It’s not going to work.’ You have to keep trying, to see where you end up.”

Tom Walker at 02 Academy on 29 April

Tom’s new album, I Am is out on 31 May 2024.

Set at a house party against the backdrop of reality vs an outwardly false image of oneself,
the Sophie & Suzie directed video features Thomas Turgoose, best known for his role in
‘This Is England’, and sets the scene of someone struggling with social anxiety. Speaking of
the video Tom said ”I’ve been to many parties that felt like this, wishing the entire night
would play out differently and I was less uptight and a little more like whatever…” Watch the
video HERE.

“I Am is a culmination of me trying to figure out who I am for the last four years.” explains
Tom. “This record is a snapshot of what’s been going on in my life, and what’s been
happening around me – what’s made me happy or sad, ecstatic or miserable.”

Looking ahead, as Tom succinctly puts it; “I will die for these songs. It’s the first time in a
long time I’ve felt like that. You’ve got to ignore what everyone else wants from you, and
you’ve got to back yourself.”

And with that, welcome to the exciting, limitless next phase of Tom Walker. A man who
knows where he’s headed: to arena-scale songs with molecular-level heart.

Tiny Habits at The Wardrobe on 22 May

Photograph by Shervin Lainez

Exciting new American band Tiny Habits have released their superb new single ‘Small Enough’. The band formed in Boston, Massachusetts at the start of 2022 after Maya Rae, Cinya Khan and Judah Mayowa met while at the Berklee College of Music. All three are accomplished singers and songwriters.

Recorded at Sound City Studios in Los Angeles, California with producer Tony Berg (boygenius, Taylor Swift, Phoebe Bridgers), ‘Small Enough’ was written by the band and showcases their lush harmonies and intimate vocals on this bittersweet gem.The ‘Small Enough’ music video is directed by Weston Borg (The War On Drugs) and marks the band’s first time together behind the camera. Filmed in Boston where the band first met, it’s a wink to their roots, but suggests that while change is inevitable, it is always nice to reminisce on the past.
