ABS’ latest fitness branch is coming to East Parade Leeds in January, its first location outside of the North West. The premises are undergoing changes which will include the installation of the best equipment available.
Sessions are by appointment only, and aim to endorse the company’s established reputation for impressive results. Transformation options will include the six-week programme, together with nutrition and exercise plans which are tailored to each client.
