Paul and Alex Murray have been developing property since 2016, creating high-end accommodation for working professionals in and around Leeds.
The couple will start work on No.7 Duncan Street in a couple of months’ time, having gained planning permission for eight 1-bedroom apartments and 2 two bed duplex homes, with opportunities to suit a variety of budgets.
The conversion to the top floors of the Duncan Street property will be overseen by Paul and Alex, who intend to bring the property back to life with love and care.
Halifax girl Alex is clearly enthused with their latest project. The Murrays are no strangers to adventure, having met in New Zealand and currently living in Oswestry, Paul’s home town.
