Independent, family-run festival Deer Shed hosted its 15th anniversary celebration last weekend as a sold-out crowd headed to the trailblazing family-friendly festival in North Yorkshire.
Taking place over the weekend, the 10,000 capacity event celebrated its 15th birthday with stellar performances from musical headliners Wunderhorse, Kae Tempest and The Big Moon, hilarious stand up slots from comedy superstars Reggie Watts and Lucy Beaumont, and much more across the weekend including theatre, literature, music, sport, comedy, performance and science.
Still proudly independent as ever, the Festival team once again transformed Baldersby Park into a three-day wonderland of community and creativity, with a dedicated focus on contemporary musical and cultural curation.
Carefully designed to be a brilliant experience for all ages, Deer Shed is a festival for everyone – families, friends and fans.
Deer Shed will return in July 2026 with a limited number of early bird tickets now on sale alongside 11-month payment plans and ambassador schemes.
