This special showcase celebrates some of Leeds’ hottest emerging talent from the Music House roster — artists who are already making waves across the music industry.
Following his standout performance on the latest series of Channel 4’s The Piano, Zak will perform a stunning new arrangement developed under the mentorship of seven-time GRAMMY Award winner Jon Batiste. His appearance promises to be one of the highlights of the evening.
Also performing is Carmen, a remarkable young artist who has flourished under the guidance of MOBO nominee Leroy Johnson and Christella Litras, Artistic Director at Music House. Having trained with both Leroy & Stella since the age of six, the now 14-year-old Carmen continues to impress audiences with her passion, growth and fearless approach to performance — truly one to watch. Carmen is currently taught by our in-house voice coach Phyn who also has an impressive background in music as a multi-instrumental artist, who will also be performing on the night.
The event will also feature an electrifying performance from the Music House Gospel Choir, who recently raised the roof at Leeds’ Victoria Gate Casino during DJ Curtis Zack’s acclaimed 5 O’Clock Club event.
